Queridos Amigos y Familiares, Holy heck. Maybe I should just leave the email at that because it perfectly describes these last 2 weeks. I arrived home safely last week after about 40-ish hours of traveling. The Church chartered a flight from Buenos Aires for about 570 missionaries. Because my mission is one of the northernmost (is that a word?) missions AND all of Argentina was on some sort of lockdown quarantine with all the province borders shut down...we had to stop for about an hour at every province border we passed through. What should have been a 20ish hour bus ride ended up being about 27 hours so that was awesome. Not to mention, the bus was 13 hours late to pick us up in Jujuy. Once we got to Buenos Aires, they dropped us off at the MTC right next to the temple. That's where the rest of the 500 or so missionaries were waiting. There were missionaries from Santa Fe, Rosario, etc. and I actually got to run into some missionaries from my MTC district who were in Sant...

¡Hola Familia y Amigos! I can't believe this is the last week of my mission! Like what?!?! But we don't have time to talk about that. This week was so good! As usual here in the Rio Vista ward. There's always something happening. On Tuesday, Hermana Oldroyd and I had exchanges and I was able to be with Sister Allred! She is such a beautiful and genuine person. I love people like that. She is actually waiting to go to Russia. It was so good to be with her and introduce her to the crazy Latino YSA ward haha. She is one of my examples and she doesn't even know it! Wednesday was crazy. Lots of lessons and meetings and Instagram stuff. Andres is preparing to be baptized this Saturday and had all sorts of questions about the Book of Mormon and....fasting haha. I loved it. We also had the chance to teach the Christensen's. They are the MTC president (and wife) for the Colombia MTC but with COVID they were reassigned to the SLCW mission to be a counselor (and wife) ...

¡Hola Familia y Amigos! Turns out my email last week didn't send soooo I've got a fair amount of catching up to do. At least for those who actually read my emails ;) love you grandma and grandpa!! LAST week was great! Las hermanas y yo went to Temple Square and it was insane. The Temple is being renovated and everything looks so different. It was cute running into a sister who is assigned to Argentina (waiting to go there) and another sister who was actually from Argentina. I forgot that the Temple Square mission is only sisters hahaha but shoutout to them because they are doing virtual tours of Temple Square right now!!! Go take a tour! Poor hermana Skinner tested positive for COVID!!! She gets it from her mother ;) but she really has been a trooper. Her quarantine started a few days before the rest of ours ended sooooooo that was sort of a bummer. Last week I had the coolest opportunity to listen to Elder Neil L. Andersen!
